Frequently Asked Questions

  • All our caravans come fully stocked with plates, cutlery, utensils and cleaning items. All you need to pack is your food, towels & bedding and you’re ready to go!

  • Absolutely! We take the time to walk you through how to set up & use your caravan for your trip. This includes operating the lights & power, windows, cooktop, taps, hot water system, fridge, connecting your van, setting up awning and emptying the toilet cassette.

  • A: All our vans are equipped with air conditioning, fridge/freezer, microwave, solar panels and 12v battery systems. Most of our vans also have washing machines - please double check first tho if this is a definite must-have for your trip.

  • Yes! If you’re planning to free camp, just let us know beforehand. We can supply the van with full water tanks and gas bottles so you’re set up for your off-grid adventure.

  • It depends on how you use the van and the weather conditions. Solar power is less effective on cloudy days or if you’re parked under trees. With smart energy use, you can enjoy several days off-grid. In most cases, you’ll run out of water before you run out of power. (Note: microwaves, air conditioning and standard power points don’t work off-grid unless using a generator)

  • We’re located just off the M1 at 7 Palings Court, Nerang.

    Trading hours:

    Handover: Mon–Fri, 8:30am–4:30pm (by appointment)

    Drop-back: Sun–Fri, usually 12pm–4pm (please advise estimated time)

    Delivery: Mon–Fri, 11am–3pm

  • The required towing capacity depends on your vehicle and the caravan you choose. Before booking, check your vehicle’s towing capacity (found in your manual or on the door seal) and compare it with the tow weight listed for the caravan. You’ll also need a brake controller, either already fitted (e.g., RedArc) or via a plug-and-play Elecbrake system. If you’re unsure, contact us and we’re happy to help!

  • No problem — we offer delivery within 150km of the Gold Coast.

  • Yes! We’re pet-friendly and welcome all furry friends. Simply select the pet fee option when booking and provide details about your pet. Please note, extra cleaning fees or damage excess may apply if responsible pet ownership isn't ahered.

  • No special licence is required in Queensland; a standard car licence is fine, as long as your vehicle meets the caravan’s towing requirements.

  • Yes, all bookings through Camplify include insurance cover and 24/7 roadside assistance for peace of mind during your trip.

  • Yes! We can deliver your van to your chosen location within 150km of the Gold Coast. Delivery includes drop-off, set-up, pack-down, and pick-up. Delivery starts from $125 for the Gold Coast area or $1.50/km round trip for other locations.

  • Yes, we offer short-term and long-term hires, subject to availability. Minimum hire periods may apply during peak seasons.

  • Yes! We offer discounted rates for hires of 14+ days and special weekly rates for hires longer than 6 weeks. Contact us for a personalised quote.
